Number work and pattern - Senior Infants

Ms Higgins together with her senior infants, have been combining their maths learning with their SESE. They have been looking at pattern and decided to identify patterns in nature. Which animals can be grouped and what patterns do we see emerging? When we put cubes together we can make our own patterns - different colour combinations. If you can see pattern in the classroom then you will see it in the world all around you too. We love making connections.
