Ms Coady, together with her Junior Infants, have been looking at how best to describe ourselves as part of their SESE. They looked at what makes us unique and different and tried to celebrate the characteristics that make us who we are. They decided to graph their results in a very innovative way. They used cubes for their blocks on a floor block chart. Afterwards they looked at the ways we get to school as part of the environmental awareness and care strand. They created a graph to show the results.
It looks really creative. They used skills of counting, measuring, ordering and classifying. Well done.
These graphs give us so much information about our boys and girls and our school. The data is being shared with the Green Team who are always trying to enhance our greening efforts.
