Combining Mathematics with Engineering, Rang 6 (Mr Herity) decided to examine some famous bridge types before designing, building and testing their own bridges. They wanted to make a safe passage from one table to another. They had to estimate, measure, build, test and revise. They looked at cantilever, suspension, truss and beam bridges. They really enjoyed the process and created some very impressive bridges as a result.
